If a problem or threshold violation occurs an Axxys specialist is immediately alerted to the issue through our automated service management system as well as notified via phone from our NOC. In addition, system reports can be generated from the monitoring service to become part of your technology documentation for future reference. Unlimited Remote and On-site Support Axxys makes sure that each of our clients receives prompt and accurate support for any issue that may arise which requires technical assistance. If service does not require an Axxys Technical specialist to go on-site, then the Axxys Remote Support Desk will be able to discuss and identify the issues at hand and provide remote assistance to resolve minor problems promptly. If service needs are critical then an Axxys Technical specialist will be deployed immediately to a client site to identify, document and resolve the problem so that our client's business can continue with the least amount of interruption as possible.
