I want to confess to you that I was apprehensive when I learned that Wade was not going to be available to perform our firewall reconfiguration to accommodate our change in Internet service providers and that Ryan was to take the lead on our project. To me, this project was very visible to our organization, our patrons, as well as our board members who are all very quick to point out issues or problems that may compromise revenue or our image as an organization. I have built up a trusting relationship with Wade, and, while Ryan has provided some services to us in the past, he has not had the time to build the same trust level. My apprehensions were totally unfounded. Ryan quickly put my fears to rest and has made this project seamless and transparent to everyone. He clearly demonstrated his technical knowledge and efficiently made tweaks to the configurations as we tested and resumed various services in our production environment. He also made insightful recommendations regarding our firewall configuration and structure to make administration much easier. Ryan made this project a success, and in doing so, made my team successful. In short, he has earned our trust and respect.
