Having worked with a technology integrator to establish the company’s initial infrastructure they soon realized that their growth was going to require a higher level of services management, and that is when they were introduced to Axxys. With the company owning and managing a large number of natural gas wells, and growing employee base it was evident to the executive team that network and systems uptime was going to be a concern. The company needed a guaranteed level of uptime, faster incident response times, a disaster recovery plan, technology/business goals alignment, and a strategic partner for business technology guidance.
Upon meeting with the executive team, Axxys quickly demonstrated our understanding of their business, challenges and growth strategy. Combining this understanding with our technical expertise, processes, empathy and culture gave their executive team the confidence in bringing Axxys on as their trusted managed services partner. Axxys quickly began reviewing and documenting the network, systems, life cycles and processes for supporting the company and its employees along side of their IT Services and Operations Manager for their Texas and Louisiana offices.
After initial monitoring and reporting, Axxys identified a need for improved network security and implemented and configured a new firewall.
