Email a service request to Support to automatically create a service ticket. You will be notified of status updates to your request via email and/or from the Axxys Service Manager.
If a Network Specialist needs to gain remote access to a computer to assess and resolve an issue, a Code will be provided over the phone or by email to establish the Remote Session
Note: The After Hours Hotline will place you directly into the emergency mailbox notifying the on-call engineer. Upon receiving a call back after hours/weekend, billable rates will apply.
