Upon assessing the client’s network and mobile communication needs, Axxys advised that an update of their near end of support Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 to Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 would be the best first step. This solution would provide the email experience and security they desired while allowing them maintain their current hardware and on-premise infrastructure investments. Implementing and migrating the company from Exchange 2003 to 2010 proved successful as it provided a consistent communications delivery between the company and its employees, and its employees and their patients. The solution also provided a more secure delivery of data while providing the client with full control of their mail policies, rights and archiving needs.
